Luis Viña is from Madrid, Spain, and has lived in Mexico City since 2013. He is a senior executive at CBRE, the largest real estate services company in the world.

He has degrees in Philosophy and Theology, as well as an MBA. He has built his career around real estate, integrated facility management and workplace services for global portfolios. Currently he is the senior director of global operations for a Fortune 500 Industrial & Logistics client.

Viña has served on IFMA’s Global Board of Directors since 2022. Before that he was heavily involved, and continues to be, with IFMA’s development in Latin America as part of the Americas Advisory Board.
