Jason E. Callis, CFM, SFP, has a remarkable career spanning over 25 years in corporate facilities management, real estate, and project management. He has focused on facilities operations and has gained extensive experience managing properties in 26 countries across six continents, totaling over 12 million square feet. These properties include commercial, educational, healthcare, and other property types, offering him a broad perspective on culture in the built environment.

Jason has been an active member of IFMA since 2002. He achieved the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation in 2013 and the Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) designation in 2024, showcasing his commitment to professional development and expertise in the field. He has been highly involved throughout his membership, serving as President and Vice President of the IFMA Indy chapter. Presently, he holds crucial leadership roles as Chair of the IFMA Government Affairs Committee and the Global Board of Directors, reflecting his dedication to the advancement of the industry on a global scale. Education is a passion for Jason, and he actively contributes to his local chapter by mentoring facility managers on their journey to earn their CFM designation.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Jason dedicates time to his community by volunteering on numerous non-profit boards, where he provides guidance and support towards their facility management goals and objectives. This commitment to giving back further exemplifies his dedication to the industry and its positive impact on society. With degrees in business management and accounting, as well as being a Six Sigma Green Belt, Jason possesses a diverse skill set that enhances his ability to manage complex projects and drive efficiency in facility management operations. His experiences and expertise make him an invaluable asset to IFMA and the broader facilities management community.
